The Story of Philogic

Philogic was founded in 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia by a valiant and talented group of Morehouse Men: Orie Ward, Xavier Byers, Nicholas Gowens, Howard Robinson and Terrance Woodbury. These brilliant young minds sought out to combine their skills to create a multi-sector consulting agency to serve businesses, non-profits, and political campaigns. Each, committed to servant leadership and the betterment of their community.

They convened weekly to learn, study and practice the latest in management from top graduate program curriculums and experts. In the course of their training, they developed proprietary tools and methods to advance startups and early stage organizations in both public and private sectors.

From 2009 – 2012, Philogic’s clients primarily were rooted in  professional services, entertainment, non profits and candidates for state office.  The scope of services ranged from business modeling to strategic planning and setting up virtual offices.

From 2013 – 2016, with only 4 founders remaining, Philogic primarily focused on strategic planning for some of the nations most prominent organizations & training hundreds of entrepreneurs across the southeastern United States.
